"Sort by" won't stick

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with Path Finder since I tried Version 4.x which isn't solved yet.
I like to sort my files by type and set it via "View" -> "Sort by" -> "Type". The problem is that Path Finder won't save this option. Everytime I open a new tab or quit and relaunch Path Finder this setting is resetted to the default value.

Does anyone else have the same problem or know a fix? The problem appears in all versions (4.x or 5.x) with all OSX Versions (10.4 through 10.6).

Nevermind... I tried Command-J and the setting sticks there.

Using dual display setting, I would really like to see that windows POSITIOn and SIZE are remembered as well..
IS this possible at all?
