Hi everyone -
After five long years I'm finally taking a vacation (Costa Rica). Yay me! The downside is that I am also going to be offline and away from anything resembling a computer for a week. I will be back from vacation and checking email / forums again on July 8th.
Coincidentally Alexandra is also away during this period. It's bad timing but she's on tour playing flute and will be back on July 6th.
This means, unfortunately, that all support will be on "hiatus" until we return. The forums will get attention when Alexandra is back on the 6th, and email support will be back up when I return on the 8th.
If you need support, you can still post here and also send email to support: i will read every single email and respond when I return. So don't let this stop you from emailing us, but be aware there will be a short delay before I can respond.
I know this is kind of bad, but as I said this is the first non-computer vacation I've taken in five years, so I'm hoping you'll allow us this very rare luxury.
For those of you with important or emergency sales issues (eg. you just bought Path Finder and haven't received your license), please email support and you will receive forwarding information that will reach a human being that can help you.
Again, apologizes for any inconvenience but even us support ninjas need a vacation, and the timing of these trips couldn't be changed.
