after the great advice i got in my QS topic, figured i'd ask you guys here. is there any way to remove items from OS X's services menu? for example - i'm a browser nerd, so i tons of "open URL in XXXXX" in my services menu, most of which i don't use. any way to get rid of these (maybe without deleting the parent app?)

You might try Service Scrubber (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/20192). I haven't used it yet, but it's supposed to let you disable services, among other things.
