Hi guys,
Having a strange issue with multiple firewire drives. I currently have four different firewire drives. When I connect them, in PF, I will sometimes get a situation where four drives show up, but two of them point at the same drive (usually what happens is they will have the name of one drive, but both point at the other - so, if I have "A" and "B", "A" will show up twice, but clicking on either shows the contents of "B".
Both drives show up just fine in the Finder, with the correct names (and I can view the contents OK).
Very peculiar.
I'm running with 3.2.2 under 10.3.5 - I don't recall it happening in 3.2.1, but I may just be misremembering that.
Any thoughts?
