I think this might be a cool idea...
Make it so that the drawers can be detached. So the Volumes and Process Drawer becomes it's own window and just sits there. Same with the Preview. After which, any new PF windows don't have those drawers (really, how many volume and preview windows do we need?)
The preview can become a sort of global preview window, which displays the contents of any file highlighted in any PF window.
