PF Desktop Fails to Show Automaticaly After Launch

Lately I find I have to manually click on Show PF Desktop. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Corrupted preferences, maybe? I've never seen this problem before, or heard it from other users, so it could be a prefs issue.

If you're starting PF when you login, look at the startup programs prefs. Saw earlier tonight someone commented that they had the hide checkbox checked and it wasn't showing their trash can.
