Applications icon?

The applications icon in my Pathfinder's user directory - HD/Users/Josh Jarmin links to HD/Users/Josh Jarmin/Applications and not to HD/Applications, where all of my applications are stored. The other folder is blank (the HD/Users/Josh Jarmin folder). How do i change it link to the right place? Is this something that should be changed in the progam itself, to fix it for everyone, or is it only me that has the problem? Any help?

when pathfinder 3.1.0 starts on all my 10.3.2 boxes
it creates an "Application" folder in the users directory,
e.g., /Users/fxt/Applications.

is there a way to turn this feature off?
is this only happnening to me?

Nope - that's a known bug, which has been fixed for the next release.
